1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Fractal Forge handles information when you use the Android app published by Trebuchet Dynamics Limited ("we", "us", or "our"). Fractal Forge is designed to generate fractal visuals and optionally display them in augmented reality on your device.
2. Data We Handle
- No account or profile data: We do not require you to create an account and we do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, or precise location in the app.
- Camera data: If you use AR mode, camera frames are accessed in real time so the app can place digital content in your environment. We do not store or upload those camera frames to Trebuchet Dynamics.
- User-created images: If you save a generated fractal image, that file is stored locally on your device or in your device gallery under your control.
- No advertising or analytics by us: We do not use advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or remarketing tools in Fractal Forge.
3. Permissions

android.permission.CAMERA): Used only when you enable AR features. - Photos / Media / Storage access: Used only when you choose to save images generated by the app to your device.
4. Third-Party and Platform Services
Fractal Forge relies on Android platform components and may use Google Play Services for AR (ARCore) for augmented reality features. Those platform providers may process service, diagnostic, or network information under their own terms and privacy policies. Google publishes its privacy terms at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
We do not sell personal information and we do not share app data with advertisers or data brokers.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
We do not maintain a server-side user database for Fractal Forge. Any images you save remain on your device until you delete them. You can remove saved content from your device gallery or uninstall the app to delete local app data.
6. Security
Fractal Forge is designed so core visual processing happens on-device. When the app does not send data to our systems, data-in-transit to us is not applicable. Platform or store services you use alongside the app are responsible for securing their own network transmissions.
7. Children's Privacy
Fractal Forge is intended for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app. If you believe a child has provided us personal information directly, contact us and we will review the request.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to request access to, deletion of, or information about personal data processed by us. Because Fractal Forge is designed not to keep user account data on our servers, many of these rights are usually satisfied by deleting local content from your device.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
